"This location is obviously poorly lead. This is the last time I will try to use this location. I rented a moving truck for the second time which it said they had I showed up to get it and they did not have a truck and the guy kept telling me we’ll see. I’m good on paper, which is not helpful, stay away from this location and stick with U-Haul or if you need a car rental go to Enterprise who at least know what they’re doing."

"Save yourself the headache and go with U-Haul.. I would have gladly paid the extra money to not have to deal with the sheer nightmare of this company and location. One person working on a Saturday, they lost someone's reservation, so despite us having taken care of everything ahead of time to do an express pick up, we are still here an HOUR later. There's easily 6 additional customers behind us in line and zero sense of urgency on anyone's part...Budget is right.. budget prices and budget customer service. Never again, I'll carry my stuff on a Radio Flyer before I use this company again."

"We reserved a 26ft truck and when we showed up to pick it up, they told us that the truck has no AC and that they have no idea why we were able to reserve it. We were told that if we want to, we can still take it. The solution they gave us is to call customer service to see if another location has a truck. When we did that, we were told it would be a 2 hour wait for them to try to find us a truck. Just amazing customer service."

"I rented a car through Avis/Budget for a week and was not disappointed. This is one of the only rental agencies I've seen that accepts a debit card w/ a credit check of course, making it super easy to get a more than decent car. Very friendly staff who answered all of my questions with a smile, and helped with the best price around town. Be sure to check them out the next time you think about vacationing!"
