"I have rented from this office for years without a problem. Recently I was charged a $282 cleaning fee for returning a clean car early. When I called to dispute the charge, the owner told me “it looks like some photos of the dirty car were uploaded to the system, but I don’t have access to that you must call customer service“ The morning I returned the car the detail man (who the boss indicated is the one who determines if a car is excessively dirty, or not ) admitted he was stoned when I showed up. Never renting from these people again. Jose the boss is nice but I’m shocked they are still in business Cmon man! This is ridiculous! Stay far far away!"

"Booked over a week ago for them to call the day before I’m supposed to pick up a truck that they don’t have one. The rude lady said she knows it’s her job to get us one from a different location however she’s not going to do it. I’ll take my business elsewhere. Do not recommend. At all. 0 stars."

"We had a reservation made for almost a month, when we showed up to pick up our car, the guy on the counter said he didn’t have a car for us, and was of absolutely no help trying to solve the issue, he just didn’t care at all. He said it always happens. We ended up going to enterprise which was a whole different experience. I highly recommend avoiding budget, or at least this agency."

"I had called to make a reservation went go go pick up at the pick up spot they didn't have a car for me so they sent me to another budget that budget also didn't have a car for me so they sent me to another location keep in mind the cost of the car changed all three times for the same car, kept getting more expensive, after all this I still ended up with no vehicle!!!I definitely wouldn't recommend budget to anyone that I know!!Thanks so much budget for the unnecessary running around and still not getting anywhere!!!!! I did this is what I got back SMH!"

"I received an upgrade that was perfect for my needs, that included driving over 500 miles in a day. When you get a high performance car, make sure that you use high octane gas. Using the lowest, makes the car not responsive and you end up spending more since your range is greatly reduced."
