"It’s not every day that the buying experience for a vehicle is positive. However, yesterday, I took my daughter to the dealership to buy her first car. We were immediately greeted by a young man named Matt.. This individual was courteous, kind, and honest. It was a used car and he admitted that he didn’t know as much about this car as he probably should’ve but we could work on it together. As we progressed, he allowed us to take the car for a drive and we met him back at the office. I had already known what I wanted to pay for this car and was pretty adamant as I’ve already done my homework. We came up with a price and gave him the number. He took it to his sales manager and they both came back to the table. Instead of being a pompous jerk this sales manager Jim was incredible. Not only did he introduce himself to me, but also my whole family and spent time talking to my daughter which she knew was buying the Vehicle. After a little conversation we came to an agreeable number and everyone was happy. Finally, we met up with Melanie Who handled the taxes, titles and additions. We agreed to buy the tire/rim repair warranty just in case she was to on the side of the road. Not only was Melanie nice but she also gave my daughter her number and let her know that if she needs anything, to not hesitate to call her directly. I don’t know about anybody reading this, but this has been one of the best buying experiences that anybody could’ve had especially a young woman buying her first car at age 15.
