Enterprise Rent-A-Car

"I had a great experience by both my 'pick up' drivers- Joe and Kevin respectively. Also, with Kevin the last time, I think it was, bc I had just come from the hospital and was groggy still. I believe it was Paisley who checked us out and I was very clear that I wanted my invoice to be closed so that I could get the '$300.00 hold' they put on it would take effect soon. Well, half of it was just correct. The hold didn't come off my credit card until Thursday. I thought that given it was a Friday evening, that I returned my rental, I'd give it until Monday or at the latest Tuesday. But Noooooo, I was the lucky one who had to wait until Thursday. Why don't you STOP with the FASLE advertising and just come out with the plain truth for once. I only needed the rental for one day as it turned out, otherwise my rental would have been longer. Common decency Matters, Kindness Matters. Other than that, I think that you should especially give both Joe a raise/promotion and Kevin a raise/vacation that's paid for by ERAC! Thank you Everyone! I'll be seeing you again soon."

"Okay, which rent a car is this? I'm dealing with 3 enterprises Renting this car. Contract set up through the 49th street. They didn't have a escape. So the saint Pete store picked me up. Now I'm dropping it off in Largo or clear water East Bay drive. I guess it's a Largo. Great people that work there. Come down and see them if you need a car taking Care of all your needs! They were very prompt when I went there. They immediately took me down to Walker Ford! No waiting at all. Thank you very much for being there for me!"

"Let me start by saying that I my last few rentals have been with Budget but after reading Budget's reviews in this area there was no way I was going to use them. Enterprise had much better reviews and specifically this location. It was a smooth process from start to finish. When I picked up the rental they were prompt, friendly and thorough. They took me out to the car and showed me what I needed to know about the vehicle and I was on my way in about 10 minutes total. When I dropped off the car I had the same experience. The gentleman who checked me in was prompt and friendly. He inspected the car, all was good and I was on my way. Don't think I could have had a more pleasant professional experience. I think Budget just lost a customer."
