"I'm a tad bit late for this review we visited about 2 weeks ago but let me tell you about the awesome staff at Mobility Express in Ocala! First and foremost, Savannah was amazing she made sure to take care of all of our needs as a transportation provider here in Fl. She helped us get a great wheelchair-accessible van at a great price with no hassle! The whole team there from the back office to the front where Mrs. Savannah is did amazing and we are forever thankful for them! Not only that we were only there for maybe 30 minutes flat and walked out with our van, now what dealership do you know is capable of doing that?! Our wheelchair van is beautiful and so easy to use! Our second van will be coming from this same company no doubt about it! Thank you so much from First Choice Transportation!"

Add fairness, personal attention to detail, accurate and extensive communication with clients and you have the recipe for an ethically driven family owned and operated company. Within four business days Andrew, his company and I came to an agreement on a vehicle, was given a fair trade on my existing automobile and was met four hours away from their location so that they could deliver our 2023 Kia Soul EX FMI wheelchair converted vehicle. Having completed the paperwork transferring ownership of both vehicles during lunch, I drove back home to the Middle Florida Keys where for the first time in approximately a year my wife instead of being muscled into the passenger seat of our Subaru by at least two people wheeled herself tenuously into our converted Kia Soul in her also new portable power wheelchair. Our daughter and I secured the wheelchair containing my wife within the vehicle and we were then able to drive to a family birthday party 20 miles further down the Keys. A long day for sure but the joy and freedom to be able to go when and where desired should not be underestimated. She was very responsive and helpful and even brought the van to us for a VA virtual assessment and then delivered to us once it was modified.
