"We booked a car for 4 days while on vacation visiting our family. On the surface a well run business over the phone, but when we tried to cancel our rental due to a change in plans with family there seemed to be a “make it up as you go” cancellation policy. Hours were also posted on the gate but he wasn’t there because we “didn’t call first.” While I enjoy supporting small, locally owned businesses, I highly suggest getting paperwork emailed prior to pick up and make sure pick up/drop off plans are firm."
