"i went to there lot, had to park in lowes parking lot. i found a van i liked Don replaced the battery with another used one and erased a check engine light- he told me someone stole many of the catalytic converters and my van i bought was 1 of the many. i found out its illegal to sell a vehicle without them but its not illegal to put them in even if there not desgined or engineered for a ford e 250 van. i test drove the van and it drove good and it wasn't loud, don told me he would replace the 02 sensor if i buy it. the following day i returned i bought the van. 10 miles or so from owning the van the van got louder and louder and the check engine light came back on. i took a picture of the mileage and check engine light with my phone that date stamped. when i got back home and had time to take to find out why the van was so loud and check engine was on again. i took to (4) muffler shops. i was told the cats that where on the van were universal chinese 19.99 cats and they were not desgined and engineered for this van. someone had put jb weld or heat sealant paste on all of the pore welds to make it quite and muffle the sound. i spent 2500 on new cats they were desgined for the 2012 e 250, trust me i didn't want to .3 weeks ago the battery went out, and within 2000 miles my transmission is ruined and thats another 3900. i have pictures and videos and receipts of all of this.the vans was sold as is.i would never buy from there ever . and you did refund me under 400 back thats not enough . i would never ever recommend your lot."

"If you are looking for a cargo van look no further, they have quite a selection of used vans at very reasonable prices. Dan took great care of me, going above and beyond to make sure I was happy.
