"Bonta’ Bakery, on 5th Avenue, Downtown Naples. Right off 5th Ave, curbside or alley parking. Counters, equipment, all appear to be new. An ice cream shop occupied this space previously. Sampled a Cannoli on this visit. Not sure how fresh the Cannoli was but it was inside of a case, along with other food items. Average Cannoli. Other food items included pastries, coffee, pizza, tarts, mousse and fruit cups. All items are nicely displayed. A food prep area is adjacent to the dining area. A few food items (baked goods and a meat product on a slicer) were exposed/unrefrigerated and unattended. Not a good image! Overall a 2.5."
"I felt like I was living in Italy again! My sandwich was amazing. The bread was fresh baked and it tasted so amazing. You can also get desserts and gelato. It’s just like a true Italian bakery. Everything is fresh and made throughout the day."
"A great new bakery, lots of choices and fun treats to choose from with an Italian flair. We went there this morning and it felt like we were actually in Rome. The staff is friendly and the food is great. Highly recommend to try it can’t wait to buy the focaccia sandwich there. Although we did not get gelato because it was too early in the morning for us, we plan to go back it looks so fresh! The server told us it’s prepare daily"
