Our practice specializes in the prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of periodontal disease, utilizing only the highest grade materials to ensure excellent results that last a lifetime.

Our team is led by Dr. Churney and Dr. Adams, who bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to our practice. Dr. Churney, a seasoned professional since 1983, holds a specialty degree in periodontics from the University of Florida. Dr. Adams, a board-certified periodontist and dental implant surgeon, completed her education and residency at the University of Florida.
Our dedicated staff, including Sandra at the front desk, dental hygienists Gwen and Lauren, and dental assistant Sara, are committed to making your periodontal experience a pleasant one. Each team member is passionate about dental health and eager to help you achieve a beautiful, healthy smile.
We invite you to visit us and experience our warm and inviting space firsthand. For directions, from the north, take US 19 South, make a U-turn at Republic Dr./Hammock Pine Blvd, and turn right into the Auctioneer driveway. From the south, take US 19 North, pass Countryside Mall, and turn right into the Auctioneer driveway after Bob's Carpet Mart. Follow the drive around to the back to find us in Suite #401.
