"This is my absolute favorite car wash in the pace/pensacola area!! Every time I go here I get the best customer service! The people who work here are incredible, super friendly, and work so hard! I always leave with a squeaky clean car both inside and out. If you need your car washed Tidal Wave is definitely the place to go!"

"I’ve been a membership holder since 2020) ( 4 years) for their car wash services, and I must say that I was extremely disappointed with the decline in their service quality. First, the attention to detail that was once a hallmark of their service seems to have vanished. The team used to meticulously clean the front of my car and the back before entering the wash, instead the employees are eating Taco Bell. Either they’re not getting enough hours for lunch or they simply don’t care. Moreover, the level of professionalism displayed by the team has significantly decreased. Previously, the staff would greet customers with a friendly smile and provide assistance when needed. However, on my recent visit, I found the team to be disinterested and unengaged. They did not seem to take pride in their work or show any enthusiasm in providing a satisfactory customer experience. The car wash itself, I’ve always loved, but when it comes to customer service, if it’s not there then you lose my business. Ronny's now has my monthly business."

"This is a great place for giving your car the “spa” treatment! The staff are friendly, there is free vacuuming there so you can vacuum out the inside of the car after having the outside made “spiffy”! The price options are good and the car definitely comes out of the car wash clean. It’s almost like an amusement park ride as your car gets pulled through the wash while you’re inside watching the cleaning going on! Lots of fun! They even have special plans for membership that you can ask about that save you money for washing more often there. It’s worthwhile to give Tidal Wave Auto Spa a chance to be your car’s spa to pamper your automobile!"

"After coming many times, and being satisfied with the quality of car wash, I decided to go for a monthly package. During the two months that I kept the membership this car was declined. First noticed that the vacuums were not sucking as well, some of them clogged, some just not sucking well day after day. For the last two weeks or so the membership lane has been blocked off which means I have to sit behind a line of cars paying by card or cash. This drastically increased my wait time and decreased ease of in and out access with the membership benefit. I have canceled my membership moving forward. I do need to add that the staff is always super nice with any kind of interactions I’ve had with them. I really think it comes down to routine maintenance of the equipment…"
