"I would give this place a zero star review if I could. I never come here because of the quality of the equipment and lack of service. I had an emergency where I needed to wash the car off quickly so I figured I would give them yet one more chance. Machines were out of soap for the high-pressure wand, which has happened to me before. The blue soap that comes out of the foaming brush will stain your skin and clothes blue, be extremely careful. See picture. The payment device screens are all faded and missing pixels so you can't tell how much time you have and too make it worse the alarms don't work. This means the wash suddenly stops without warning and you have to pay full price to start all over again to finish washing your car. On my last poor experience here I actually called the number listed on the property and got the owners at home, they were not empathetic or willing to do anything at all. You can see in the picture of my hand is stained blue and my legs are far worse. My shirt is ruined. I've tried washing it and the blue stains will not come out."
"This car wash is overall garbage the brushes need to be replaced. It’s always nasty half of the stuff doesn’t work and I hope you don’t have nice clothes on because the car wash will actually leave your hands and whatever it touches blue. I wouldn’t recommend washing a bicycle here."
"This has gone downhill fast. Today's wash had a busted hose which took pressure down in half. Virtually no soap came out. Truck looked worse after a $10 wash."
"One of the vacuum cleaners has taken my money twice now. I usually love coming here but this is the second time I’ve lost money in the same machine and it’s been a couple weeks so apparently it’s not being serviced. I looked for a number to call on the vacuum but I don’t see one. Hopefully this review will make it to the right person so they can come get it fixed bc I don’t want to have to find somewhere else to go."
"The automatic car wash took my money and never sprayed my truck with soap! It just started beating on it with those hard bristles then sprayed a little water and that was it! I called the number outside of the building and went to voicemail but the mailbox was full so I’ll never be refunded my money. Scratched my truck up and I’ll never go there again! Save your money and go get yourself a real car wash at Rich’s on Woodbine. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND"
