"When I reserved my storage didn't realize that it was contactless until I went to pay. I've used that facility twice before so that was a little different. But very easy to use their kiosk. A few days later before I even took any belongings there your representative Chelsie called to make sure I hadn't had any problems. Asking if there were any questions I may have and reassured me that even though it was contactless that someone could be available on site if needed. She was very professional and courteous during our whole conversation. The only issue for me is that I work nights and 10 pm is to early to close access to the facility. But that's just my personal schedule. I think that this experience will be as great as my previous ones. Thank you"

"It is truly shocking to me that this place has such glowing reviews. The organization has been renting units from this facility for two years. Getting locked out during "after hours" but no notification of those hours, having locked codes randomly changed despite paying rent, online payments not working because they abruptly stopped recognizing our emails, rude customer service, poor communication, threats of a $500 additional charge without instructions on how to avoid it, dropped calls from customer service with no call backs despite providing a number, I could go on and on. I just don't want anyone else to suffer like we did. You would absolutely be better off choosing any other storage unit in the state of FL. We've complained about the customer service for years but have never been contacted by management. If you are in upper management for SpareBox Storage, we would really love to share our experiences with you!"
