"I know it may be cliche to say that they are like family, but it’s absolutely true. I’ve been a patient for many years and have never had a bad experience. In life there are many stressful things, but they make sure that when it comes to your oral health, that’s not one of them. I recently had jaw reconstruction surgery which was a lot to deal with. I couldn’t have done it without Insoft and Hurts’s assistance, knowledge, dedication, and kindness. They made the whole experience pleasurable and have completely changed my life for the better. "Our son goes to Insoft and Hurst Orthodontics and I cannot say enough good things about the orthodontists and their staff. Since we went in for our consultation they were extremely helpful and kind through the process. We felt completely comfortable with them and are so happy we chose them for my sons first experience with braces. Each time we have gone there for a check up they have been on time and sometimes even early for the appointment. Their front office staff is always kind and friendly. The physicians always go out of their way to educate the kids on how to best to take care of their teeth and why it’s important in a fun way! They are always willing to work with your schedule as well as giving advice on how to help you maintain and take care of the braces. It is so awesome to find a practice that truly cares about their patients and makes it as fun as possible for the kids. "My name is Jennifer Vattimo-Smith, and my son, Chase, has with Insoft & Hurst for years. The staff always goes out of their way to take great care of us and has done the best they can to go above and beyond for us time and time again. I chose Insoft & Hurst because we were with Dr. Levitt’s and had a consult with Insoft & Hurst, and Dr. Insoft was just so amazing. My son is autistic, so he had a million questions, but Dr. Insoft was so patient and answered every last one. When I had to find an orthodontist’s office for my son, Insoft & Hurst was the obvious choice. Iris has been amazing and so patient with Chase every single time and understanding of my son’s sensitivities. In addition, the front desk staff are always wonderful and able to accommodate any rescheduling necessary. The doctors are equally accommodating and understanding. We would recommend them to all our friends and family."

"I got my braces off 4 years after I had had them for 4 years. Before getting braces I was always self conscious about my teeth and didn’t like that they weren’t straight. I didn’t feel confident. My overall experience with Insoft and Hurst was great and I have confidence in my smile! In my experience the front desk employees, dental assistants, and the doctors were always willing to help, especially when I had poking wires. Those hurt! Additionally all staff were always willing answer questions, and were always kind. I would definitely recommend this office!"
