"We had a good experience here. We have a class A, 39 feet long. We had the big space along the fence behind the house. It is probably the best spot in the park. The rest of the spots are a little close to each other, but no more than most rv parks. It was very quiet here, very little road noise and we hardly saw the other residents, the occasional car in or out. The owners were extremely nice, we had no issues at all and we paid with a credit card. They have a laundry, but we didn’t utilize it. There is a small area to walk a dog and they provide bags. There is a Publix nearby. The WiFi was really good for an rv park."

"This RV park is clean and quiet. Bob and Gail were welcoming hosts. We are staying long term and we love this place. Great location, near many stores and Pensacola."

"Our first contact with one of the owners was positive. She was very nice. We were quoted $50 a night, no discount for Veterans, first responders etc. The park is a place to park with fhu. There are no picnic tables, fire rings, play area or dog run. The wifi is excellent. Sites are close on sides and back so shades stayed down. As we were getting ready to leave this morning my husband was approached by one of the owners. He requested cash payment instead of the credit card we normally use. Rambled about problems with the bank charging them. We complied. A few minutes later he returned asking for $6 more for the tax. Again we handed over cash. I have my own thoughts on this, I'll leave you to yours. I would not recommend this park unless you are truly desperate to get parked for the night."

Grounds are clean and level on rock gravel, dog park available Bob and Gayle the owners are cheerful and friendly giving you a family feeling of Welcome. Only 16 sites and all of them are primo. "The owners were very kind and helpful. When we couldn’t leave due to our baby being ill, they allowed us to stay at the weekly fee instead of charging us the daily fee for the few extra days. The area is very convenient and peaceful. They even have wild turkeys that visit often! Mamas and their babies, and they were very calm/non-aggressive."
