When I explained the cake needed to be redone, she told me she’d talk to her manager (who wasn’t there). Then she texted me that she spoke to her manager and the cake looked good; I could pick it up the way it was or go somewhere else. This place talks ZERO pride in their work or their customer service. In honesty I just wanted a legible cake."
"Located in the mall. Service was fast but... I ordered one cookie. A double slice with frosting. And it was absolute garbage. Dry and over cooked. This company has a reputation of having the greatest cookies soft moist and delicious. Not this place. Stale dry sand paper. Paid $13 for 1 cookie and a 12oz milk. Milk was the only thing good."
