"Ordered a milkshake one morning about 2 Saturdays ago, & it was 90% ICE! I've had milkshakes from other locations many times & had just assumed perhaps the icecream needed to thaw out, but upon further examination when I arrived home, it was indeed almost all ice (no cream). It is already overpriced at 9$, & this was not worth 2$. Extremely disappointing & I will not be returning."
"Just went through drive thru and only had glazed donuts apple fritter, and Boston cream. All though 6:45 pm I bet Krispy Kreme would have donuts....I'll never go back..."
"Ordered a two scoop chocolate sugar cone tonight and when they brought out to me, there was one smaller than normal scoop on a cone. When I said I had two scoops, he (very politely I will add) told me the 2nd scoop was inside the cone. That is not how that works (a scoop does not fit inside a sugar cone, just a waffle cone). I mentioned I have been buying BR31 ice cream since I was 10 year old (50 years) and that was not two scoops. He offered to show be the scooper. I said no thanks and drove off in disgust without any ice cream. Nice kid, ridiculous serving."
"Very busy. Girl and guy working. Said, "Well be right with you" One rude customer walked in and started cussing at the guy. Associate handled it well. Baskin Robbins... you should be proud of those kids working today. Great place"
"Just waited 10 minutes at the drive thru at 11pm to be told they can’t make a milkshake out of the almond milk ice cream because they can’t contaminate the blender but every other BR seems to do it no problem? If this is true then they need to get a separate blender for the almond milk ice cream. Not to mention the last time we tried to go they said they were out of ice cream.... ALL ice cream. What???"
