"Cookies 3 stars because I ordered chocolate chip cookies and was disappointed at the very small amount of actual chocolate chips in each cookie. For a $4.50 cookie, there should have been chocolate in every bite. So few that we thought we were given a sugar cookie. The image on the storefront had more chocolate chips than all four of my cookies. Service is 3 stars because I ordered and paid using the kiosk. There was no greeting or acknowledgment of my presence by any employee except a smile and nod from the woman who brought the cookies to the counter for my review. The East Lake location has superior cookies."
"Seriously some of the most delicious cookies we ever tasted! The cookies had a fresh out of the oven taste and they melt in your mouth!"
"I’ve been here a few times and to cookies are all really good! My only complaint is last week I got the skillet cookie and I realized that it didn’t have chocolate chips in the cookie at all, this was after I got home so I wasn’t gonna go all the way back. It wasn’t a bad cookie but the chocolate chips would have made it way better . Otherwise I’ve had great experiences here and the cookies are yummy!"
