"Placed an order 4 hrs before pick up but why because they didn’t have the order they had me wait for the cold cookie to cool. Had me in the wow response they had 8 people working. Place was also dirty in plain sight. It was crazy. Need less to say they let me walk out empty handed with not even an offer of a coupon to stay and wait. Well money loss a 24.37 refund. No cookies just another unsatisfying customer I’m sure."
"Glad to see a Crumbl in st Pete! Finally! The cookies taste great. In my opinion the chocolate based cookies are always way too rich for my liking but the sugar/vanilla based cookies are delicious! Any of the strawberry, appple, cinnamon and peanut butter cookies have been incredible. At this location a younger group works and the packaging isn’t always neat, there’s always dried icing on the box and kind of messy. But like I said the actual cookies are good."
"Cookies were delicious and like the idea of seasonal or holiday changes for more variety. The line is a bit confusing. The kiosk available but didn't know if you could order in person because wanting to pay in cash. So that's an option that they should provide."
"inside it's clean nice and decent but the cookie itself was warm tbh it wasn't all that great to me the icing tasted like vanilla yogurt and the cookie tasted a bit like raw cookie dough after a few bites might be different for others but that's my opinion"
"Wonderful! I would give a 100 stars if I could. I could not wait to try this place. The cookie was big, it was half of my calorie intake for the day but soooo worth it. I absolutely loved my cookie. (Chocolate cake) everyone in the back making miracles you have my dream job! The lady that served us was super sweet, great customer service"
