"If I could give 0 stars, I would. This place is horrible. No bananas for a banana split. OK. Then no waffle bowls for the waffle bowl. So just do the 3 scoop sundae. No hot fudge. Completely rushed. Named one flavor then told to pull around. At this point I'm aggravated that I can't even order what I want. Being too nice, I pay anyway. Then get told to pull around and wait for a 3 scoop sundae. No one else is here and I've already been sitting here for 5 minutes. Do not come to this location. New staff is definitely needed"

"Worse costumer service I have ever experienced in my life, we tried smiling and tried to enjoy but the atmosphere+costumer service was awful. Didn’t even have cones made. Yes I work in customer service, i understand how this is but there was 0 effort put into this. They don’t have nuts for sundaes either… don’t come her!"
