As the first craft beer brewery in High Springs, we are passionate mixologists and zymurgists who began our journey in 2016, inspired by the finely crafted beers of other breweries. Our dream, which started in a carport, officially took flight in 2017, driven by a desire to explore and share the art of brewing.

"Excellent craft beer. After a hard day of paddling on the Ichetucknee River, we needed a beer. Or two. High Springs Brewery hit the spot. They have a good selection and flights available for those who can’t make up their mind. *raises hand* Since we went during a time with no food truck we ordered a pizza from Prohibition Pizza right across the street and enjoyed the perfect combo. I highly recommend High Springs Brewery."

"Fun outdoor spot and even on a rainy evening (worse than that, it was a *monsoon* at times) it was nice inside with fans blowing and beer flowing. I found a nice seat with a power outlet and set up my laptop then waited in the queue for my first beer. Once that first sip was settled, I covered it and headed across the street to order a pizza. Two beers were consumed this evening along with a fantastic pizza. The "Sandy Britches" Kolsch was followed by the Springs Light ("American light beer"). And with a full tummy, it was time to head onwards. I enjoyed my time in High Springs and look forward to returning!"

"Lots of tables and space. Fans with water misters. Small selection of fine craft beers on tap (sours, ciders, porters, IPAs, Ales) Slushes, a food truck, yard games like corn hole, and a delicious pizza shop just across the street... in a town just 10 minutes from icy cold springs year round and 30 minutes to the University of Florida and all that Gainesville has to offer. All of these aspects make this brewery in High Springs a pretty cool spot that was a pleasure to visit."

"Our experience was great. It is a great environment for families, couples and people that just want to have a good chill time. Great local beer options and i would say even better Cider options. Awesome place overall. You can order next door from Prohibition Pizza next door and make it even better. What a tandem, love it."
