"Above and beyond customer service like I experienced just now should be recognized. I placed an in store pick up today during lunch and just as I pulled in to grab my food my toddler fell asleep in the back seat. I called the store and begrudgingly asked if someone could run my bag out to the car to avoid waking my daughter up. Jake, who answered the phone not only took care of this for me but made it obvious from his tone and demeanor that it wasn't a bother for him at all. I cant explain how much this gesture saved my day."
