"Ordered food through their self check out.. put tip on something and didn’t get any services and still waiting on the food… worst service 40 bucks for nothing… Edited: received the food after an hour.. I ordered dine in. I received a Togo box. After all my friends already have eaten and waited for us.. the fact that the only option you get to interact with someone is through review Is more than messed up. ( You literally don’t get any option to talk or request help or any assistance…(how would I request a refund even). No mangers etc. horrible services. Since there is non. Seating was horrible as well this not a restaurant. This just location that has display to order from.. hopefully you get your food from a random person in to go boxes.."
"We came here for one kitchen, called Good Humans, which was advertised as open on Saturday until 2pm. Well, not this Saturday apparently and no one seems to have any clue. We ordered something else, but apparently I was able to order my drink from a shop that is not open either today!!! Of course no knows how to reimburse me either! WTH! Sorry, won’t be back here. While the concept seems fun, the implementation has yet to be debugged"
