"I called to tell manger on duty my family member got food poisoning from old chicken they served on 8/12/24 at 5pm and is now in hospital and the manger wouldn’t give her name, no apologies and said there’s nothing they can do. I was simply calling to inform them on what happened and wasn’t looking for anything but the lack of compassion and disrespect is the absolute worst I ever experienced. KFC just lost a customer for life and I’m pretty sure they do care about that either. Smh"

"Chicken was hot but absolutely overcooked. It was dry and disintegrates in your mouth. Not in a fall apart way, in a mealy dry way. Also the biscuits are literally frozen Pillsbury biscuits. I make them at home and these taste exactly the same and have the same texture. The coleslaw was good though. Not liking the mashed potatoes is my fault because I forgot they use rehydrated potato flakes."

"My food has more salt then anything fried was so cold this how I got my food and I will not be eating here again. I ask for no pickles and still got pickles."

"I ordered one of the family bundles and ordered two large mashed potatoes with gravy. They did not come with gravy... which is the best part because it is not good without gravy. The mac and cheese was cold and oddly dry? Barely any cheese sauce."

"Spicy Chicken Sandwich, was nice and hot, sauce was to one side of the sandwich, and was wrapped in two wraps because the sauce was over flowing the one side it was only on. There were no napkins given, so I could not wipe off the sauce from the side it was coming out of. In formed the drive thru to have a great day and nothing was said back at all."
