"GA Foods.. I received food from them after discharge from the hospital.. unfortunately my insurance was slow in setting it up and I had already been injured trying to make my own meals (2nd degree burn on hand).. my delivery driver, S. McGhee has been GREAT, friendly, helpful, called when here.. Unfortunately they have sent some meals by FedEx and they didn't ring the doorbell or call and just threw the box over my fence and damaged some meals, which GA Foods replaced..FedEx deliveries are not when expected and I had a problem with some stuff already thawed..GA Foods replaced them also. They say they are trying to get FedEx problems fixed. As far as the food goes it is easy to prepare just pop it in the microwave for 6-7 minutes or you can use the oven. As to taste some reviews complain..yes, they are bland and I would imagine designed that way as we all don't have the same tastes, but we should have salt, pepper and whatever other condiments we prefer to make it our own which I did and found the meals great.. I am so happy my insurance has provided me with these meals and will be sad to lose them when the insurance company no longer feels I need them."

"Order with caution!!! you may not receive your meals or a refund they might just steal your money just like they did mine and give you the runaround for months and months. I wouldn't recommend somebody I hate to this company."

"A no star rating is the best I can give but the system won't let me post that. I got the pantry Pack the first time. I could not believe what was piled into those boxes. I am sure my insurance company paid a substantial amount of money for that service. It looked like someone did an arm sweep across a shelf of rejected food items and threw them in the boxes. The second time I got the Frozen package and that was equally disgusting. But I have to give credit where credit is due. The loaf bread was really good, and the delivery folks were super nice. But based on my experience and the reviews that I have seen I would think that GA Foods would do some reorganizing and maybe come up with some menus and quality of food that's edible. I guess GA Foods operates on the basis that if a person is desperate enough, they will eat anything."

"The box came looking in tact, the fed ex driver did toss my box I'm guessing that's why some of my meals were damaged!! Stupid fed ex!! The food is below par it's like a 2 dollar walmart great value frozen meal. I tried canceling the ga food service last month and I still got the food. Hopefully I won't get anymore. I would not recommend this food service for people with disabilities or health problems. The food is heavily processed almost plastic like. Not nutritional at all. Maybe if you're desperate and have no food you'll have no choice but to eat the meals. Unfortunately"
