"typically the people who work at this store are awesome but the crew working 8/3/24 at night were incredibly disrespectful (everyone except Bryan). I’ve worked in retail so I understand being annoyed sometimes but it is so disrespectful to tell us to hurry up and get to the register when the store is still open for 30 minutes and giving us multiple warnings saying “you better get up there before I close the registers” and then standing BEHIND US the entire time while checking out right on our necks. I have never been so disrespected in a store in my life. To the two older ladies working 8/3/24, do better and don’t threaten people because that is the FASTEST way to lose a customer."

"I want to share my recent experience at this store, where the manager made us feel uncomfortable by following us around closely as we were paying customers. This behavior was intimidating and made us feel embarrassed during our shopping experience. It’s key at any business for managers to respect the privacy of their customers. I hope that in the future, the management will address situations like this with more sensitivity and ensure that all customers feel welcome and valued.""

"I recently had an uncomfortable experience at this establishment when the fitting rooms were blocked off, and my companions and I had to change by the bathrooms. Despite our efforts to find a suitable area, we were approached by the manager in a manner that made us feel ostracized. It was disappointing that there was no signage indicating the availability of another fitting room on the other side of the store. Clear communication and signage could have prevented this situation and made us feel more welcome as customers. I hope that in the future, the management will consider improving communication to ensure a more positive experience for all patrons.""

"Horrible experience , an employee who might have been the manager working Wednesday night was following everyone in the store , behind every person she would speak on her radio “check camera #3 check the cameras “ kind of trying to intimidate us , trying to suggest we were shop lifting which of course we had no intention of doing . My family and I observed and heard these actions with the at least 7 shoppers that were there tonight and of course she did it to us ,”repeating check the cameras” and checking our every move . After we proceed to check out she said right behind us on her radio “ok everything is clear it’s all good now “ because we were leaving , so then when we walked out the store another customer behind us leaving as well stated that she felt she was been followed by the employee and that the employee was also suggesting they check the cameras . So final experience we all felt like we were being followed and insinuated we were all shop lifting . This is very wrong and we understand theft is big anywhere in the country but if they really believe someone is stealing they should approach the individual directly instead of stalking the customer and making us feel uncomfortable because with that nasty attitude , sales at this store will be down the floor !!!!!!!"

"Grand opening of the new Bonita Springs Burlington, next to the former Old Time Pottery location, opened up May 2024. Store was organized well as you would for the grand opening of any brand new store. Pretty much presented like any other Burlington with the different departments."
