"I purchased a new iPhone on the 29th of July, 2024, from this store. I got in the store near closing time, but that did not bother their employee Virgil M. at all. Virgil went out of his way to explain the different phones to me. I had previously only owned android phones, and was a little concerned about the content transferring over from my android device to the new iPhone. After I decided on a phone, Virgil was extremely helpful, and knowledgeable about making sure the set up of the new phone was done correctly, and the transfer of data from my old phone to my new iPhone was also done correctly and efficiently. I had quite a few photos in the old phone which took some time to transfer, but Virgil couldn’t have been nicer about the whole situation. My thanks to employee Virgil M. for making this purchase very pleasant and easy. I will continue to use this store because of people like him."

"The manager at the store was very unprofessional. He left An employee that was struggling with setting up five new phones on an existing account adding three new lines and said he can call Tony. Thank god for the employee Ariana who stayed way past her time to leave to help get this done. This took almost 4 hours to get done as David was struggling and not sure of how to handle some situations. i assure you if it was not for your employee Ariana, i would have walked out and probably canceled my At&T account. Also the manager was in the restroom right before we did but knowing left this toilet seat completely unattached."
