Reviews
"Trail is closed due to logging."
"excellent trail...I consider it challenging for the occasional hiker because of the steep slopes...trailhead in the corner of the Immanuel Lutheran Church parking lot...directly in front of you as you enter the parking lot...trails nicely marked with signs and a map at trail intersections showing where you are....most of the trails look like old logging trails although there is plenty of tree cover along the trails...there is some tall grass so you may want to consider tick protection...there is an occasional stone fence indicating there was some form of farming in the past"
"Great trail intermediate hikers. Trails are well marked! Worth the effort to get to the top. Best in early spring and late late fall so you can see through the trees down into the valley."
"Great trail. Found it by accident. Pros: It's 8 feet wide in most spots. Very easy to maintain footing. Nice view of Delhi when the trail crosses a power line easement. Pretty landscape. Doable in 45 minutes. Be Aware: The trailhead is in the church parking lot. The map says it's an "easy loop," but there's actually a significant elevation change. About 25% is quite steep and strenuous, mostly within the first 20 minutes if you're going clockwise around the loop. I don't recommend going when there is snow, or after a rain. I went on a frigid day, and judging by the amount of frozen mud I saw (not slippery though), parts of the trail can get quite muddy."
"Relaxing and peaceful"
