"Horrible service. First of all, they don’t answer the phones. It was nearly impossible to even book an appointment. When I finally got a hold of somebody the next appointment available was two weeks away. These lady’s are unqualified and can’t solve problems that they caused. When we finished all the paperwork, and it was time to pay, Debora the short, red headed lady charged my card. She told me to take it out and try again because it did not go through. I got a notification from my bank immediately that the money was taken out. I showed her the bank statement and she said she has to double charge me anyway because it didn’t go through on her end. I asked to just be refunded. She then said she doesn’t know how, and had to grab the other blonde lady who was also useless. They fidgeted with the computer. They asked me to wait for the refund and to schedule another appointment. I already waited two weeks for this one. Frustrated I grabbed my things and left. No apology, no alternative solution. They didn’t even try to call anyone. Nothing. I left with less money and no service."

"Saw the 2.7 star rating and had to say something. I'm sorry, but this is one of the best DMV offices anywhere. Under normal, non-pandemic conditions there are 0-2 people waiting in line, and two friendly clerks, at least one of which will be an expert in the arcane transaction you need to complete. The dozens of other DMV offices I've visited between RI, CT and NYC always involved standing in line for 30 minutes, then waiting 1-2 hours for your number to be called by an overworked, abusive clerk."
