Located at 4247 Turnpike Road, Meridale, New York, Meredith Town Hall serves as the central hub for local government operations in our community. As your city hall, we are committed to addressing the needs and concerns of our residents.

Current Initiatives:

We are actively working on Resolution #22, introducing Proposed Law #2 of 2024, which focuses on Battery Energy Storage Systems. We encourage community members to stay informed and involved in this important initiative.

Operating Hours:

Our regular business hours are:

- Tuesday: 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM

- Wednesday: 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM

- Thursday: 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM

Convenient Services:

- Drop off dog license payments or any paperwork for the Codes Officer or Assessor using the black Drop Box attached to our building door.

- Note: We no longer issue Hunting and Fishing Licenses at this location.

- Please be aware that the gravel and grit at the Town Barn is not available for resident use.

In Case of Emergencies:

Please note that in the event of severe weather conditions such as viral attacks, tornadoes, hurricanes, heavy snow, impassible roads, black ice, or during Federal Holidays, the Town Hall may be closed. If you require assistance during these times, you can leave a message on our telephone or use the black drop box for urgent documents. Alternatively, you may contact us via email at TownClerkMeredithNY@gmail.com.

The black drop box can be used at any time to submit documents for the Court Clerk, Assessor, Code Enforcement Officer, and the Town Clerk.
