"Needed to buy an Apple Watch with a standalone line for my daughter; which confused and bamboozled the folks working in the Foley T-Mobile - who INSISTED the only way I could get a cell number associated with an Apple watch was by using DIGITS to use the same number as the one on my cell plan. Called the Orange Beach store and they knew immediately what I wanted and was able to purchase it without issues."

Nirelle helped me today with Jessica, who she was training. I was reassured that my information would easy transfer from the I-cloud, she checked my phone to make sure it was recently backed up and the process began. The process was easy and the staff was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Gage worked helping other customers to assure no one was left waiting, the ladies helping me were not only attentive to my transaction, but were also engaging with customers who walked in n so that everyone was greeted and knew the time limits."

"I was on vacation in Gulf Shores when I broke my screen protector on my S24 Ultra. Hubby & I walked in the store & they were busy. I believe they had 4 customers ahead of me. Both gentlemen working greeted us as we walked in very kindly. I work at T-Mobile in Louisiana so I was paying close attention to how they spoke to & treated each customer. Gage & the young man working with him (I believe he said his name was Zack) were amazing. Very informative & professional with each customer. Gage got freed up & asked what he could do for me. I explained what I needed & he started pulling up my account to check my NBA. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience before & after they knew I worked at TMO. I also met Jody I believe his name was -amazing! They were super & I am so grateful to have come here & met everyone. I got my screen protector & even ended up getting some Beats Solo 4’s with Gage. Truly a wonderful experience!!"
