"I met with Stefan the owner of the company who showed me an array of designs, finishes and styles of monuments that were available. After choosing the monument and style of lettering, Stefan took the time to listen and advised that a quote would be provided within a week. In the meantime, Stefan worked on the design to make sure the wording was correct and the size of the characters would fit. The quote was provided within the time frame it was promised and it was very convenient to make changes via text or email. Once the contract was signed the monument was completed within the time frame promised. The quality and craftsmanship is exceptional. Stefan was very professional and courteous, and provided his expertise throughout the designing process. Stefan greatly fulfilled the needs of the family.
