"Fantastic service! They won't give you any information you need, they'll tell you hold on; then drink their coffee and gossip while you wait. That's been my experience so far, they even laughed and called me stupid; no attempt to keep it out of earshot. Love it. They'll lie to you and send you on goose chases which you'll find out when you call everyone about tickets and tows and they all say "Go to the PD". Honestly never felt more like a criminal than dealing with the Potsdam PD. Even if you're doing absolutely nothing and just want to resolve a minor parking ticket they'll run you through the ring. I couldn't imagine getting a big ticket or doing a crime; you're family will never figure out how to bail you out."

"Seriously the absolute worst and most corrupt department I've EVER witnessed!!! I just watched the case of Garrett! Nick needs to sue everyone in that city! Absolutely disgusting "detectives". They should be thrown in prison along with that prosecutor. Guilty or not, I've never witnessed so many constitutional violations in my life!! You let these pathetic excuses for detectives and prosecutors get away with this, they will do it to many others, even if they are innocent. The public should be enraged at how this was handled!!!"

"The documentary about Garrett Phillips made me sick to my stomach. To railroad a man, Nick Hillary, with absolutely no forensic evidence. I usually have the utmost respect for law enforcement and it’s cops like these that give other cops such a bad name. Thankfully he was found not guilty. And it’s a shame that he did not win the civil suit. Anyone involved should be ashamed of themselves and jobs should have been lost."
