"I can't speak on the whole company but some of the agents they have representing the company are disgustingly rude and inconsiderate. Based on that alone I would give zero stars if I could. I was supposed to be shown 3 rentals, the agent originally said they were running late and never showed up. They didn't answer my calls or texts until the next day and they weren't apologetic at all for wasting my time but despite that I set up another appointment to see the rentals. The agent proceeded to ask me if "I had all the money to rent the places" and "if I was sure I had it." Three times he asked me that. I then decided to cancel the second appointment with him to see the apartments. I called and spoke with Pam, who was pleasant and I asked her if another agent can show me the places. I set up another appointment with a different agent who unbeknownst to me at first, was still working under the first agent and had to call him to get the codes to gain entry to the apartments. We get to the first place, see it.... It was "very unclean" to put it nicely. We get to the second place and the agent calls the first agent to get the entry code and he doesn't answer the phone. He called and texted him multiple times. No answer even though he had just spoken to him moments ago and was aware the agent was showing the rentals. Needless to see we never saw the other 2 rentals. A waste of my time again. I found out later he didn't answer because "he was on the phone." So incredibly rude and inconsiderate. I am no longer interested in seeing the rentals because of the lack of professionalism and consideration. Please take a look at some of the people you have working for you. It brings the whole company down."
