"Grace Garcia was one of the rudest and most unprofessional people I've encountered. She was showing an open house recently. We came with our agent. She knew nothing about the home. We asked if there was carpet under the hardwood floors, she had no clue. She didn't know if there was a gas line in the street. Every response was sarcastic. An agent should have some grasp on this information if you're making commission on the house. I would have just chalked it up as a loss. But she rude too, especially to our agent. She then rushed us at of the house and barked at us to turn lights off and told us to come upstairs because she had places to be. The other agents might be great here, but this old grumpy hag needs to retire."

"Can I give this company NEGATIVE stars? I contacted Ed Ryan Real Estate because they were recommended to me and after leaving two, 2 voicemails, I finally made contact with someone AFTER my 3rd attempt. He gave me the number of “Flo” his rental agent. I told her I had a little over a month to find a place but if we found one I would take it just for the peace of mind. In the 5 or 6 week period “Flo” contacted one, 1 time to see a place which fell thru and EVERY SINGLE TIME I had to contact her to remind her that it was getting close to my lease deadline. MAJOR LACK OF COMMUNICATION and ABSOLUTELY NO REGARD for the client WHO IS PAYING YOU A MONTHS RENT. I know it wasn’t because of a lack of available rentals because as I was looking on various rental apps I’ve seen her contact info pop up several times leaving to wonder why I haven’t gotten a call. OH, also, I’m writing this today, 8/28/18 which is the day I needed to vacate my old apartment and I haven’t heard from “Flo” in weeks. HEY ED Ryan R. E. and FLO: KISS MY GRITS (a 1970’ tv show, Alice, reference). One last note. We are a mature couple making over $90000/yr with an impeccable rental history and great references."
