"They are good sellers, the attentive responsive and polite to get your apartment. But after your lease expires, they won't give you any money back. They charged me a complete month of rent, which I was told is not refundable that's good. But also an additional 600.00$, which they promised to refund at the end of the contract. When the contract expired and I asked for my deposit, they said i only paid a one month deposit, and it is not refundable. Then I took a picture of the additional 600.00$ I've paid and now they answer change, now they keeping the money for cleaning (apartment was clean already and they sent a photo of a bar of soap saying that costs 300$) and a damage to a window which wasn't there when I left the apartment. So, basically, be prepared for being stolen for any deposit you pay. The more annoying part is they took 24 days to confirm they've stolen my money. usurers"
