"Brenndan DaSilva and his team tried to con me into buying a property at a higher price by telling me the seller was filing for bankruptcy and other lies. My agent (Milton A) for the house was on his team (Brendan himself was the agent for the seller.) the deal fell through and Brendan was fired by the seller for his lies (I have all email transaction if anyone wants to see it) He made very discriminatory comments, lied multiple times (I recorded him and have those too) and told me if I dont buy with him “I will never purchase in his city” I lost all of the money I spent on the home on inspection, etc (Over 5k) because the seller fired Brendan and took his home off the market due to his shady practices. As a first time buyer it was a very traumatic experience as you can imagine and I lost my hard earned $$. I was discouraged and stopped searching after this. Im grateful that I have now found an agent who was supportive and helped me buy, with integrity! (Ive posted a Google review when this incident occurred and somehow It was deleted—so I'm posting again to help save another buyer from my traumatic experience!)"
