"Please stay away from this property!!! 8100 Gran avenue north Bergen NJ! Do not be fooled by the nice old lady routine this lady is not a nice person, she is a horrible human being who is harassing another old lady after having moved in for 2months is now asking the tenant on the basement for the apartment and she just barge’s in because she’s a slumlord she has no respect for her tenant and is now refusing rent unless she pays $200 extra for rent. She is being abusive to the basement tenant trying to extort her and now took the oven out of the house trying to force her out only with a months notice! This is 10/20/21 please anyone who could help this lady please reach out, she lives in the basement of this property and the landlord lives in the first floor and she’s harassing her as if she had no rights. Her emotional state is not ok right now she’s suffering from anxiety she’s 71years old please Help or try to call the housing department to see what can be done. This abuse can’t go on! Tenants have rights and landlords cannot abuse their tenants or just enter their tenants space whenever they please!"
