A few months ago I was a client of Sarah, that all ended when she sent me very unprofessional text messages for canceling a showing since I was in a car accident. She called me a liar and berated me for making her drive out of her way and wasting her time. The disrespectful sorry excuse for a realtor should be held accountable for her actions. By the looks of these other reviews she definitely has anger issues."

"I had a truly awful and surprising experience with Houlihan Lawrence Irvington when renting an apartment in May. When requesting details regarding the square footage of an apartment (the listing had said 700 - it was closer to 550) I was berated over messaging by a woman named Sarah, who from my understanding was working under agent Sherry Wiggs. I was also threatened by her and told that she would tell the building owner we were bad tenants that would cause problems (due to us asking her a few times if she could please confirm the sq ft). Never did I expect that level of reaction over requesting an extremely common number during an apartment search. I am still thoroughly disappointment with the service I received."
