"A wedding is suppose to me your big day right? Well I didn’t really feel like that with this party planner. She wanted to meet to collect money but not about my concerns. On my big day I was charged extra for an archway with flowers and Roman pillars. I was suppose to have pictures with my husband under the arch. The party planner never sent any staff members to have them set it up they had it pushed against the wall. A prop that was suppose to be used for my professional pictures and guests never happened. She never forgot to charge me for it. When I contacted her afterwards she never answered me and continues to ignore me. I just want an apology for my big day."
