"Guys did a pretty good job cleaning the ducts out, my issue was with their cleanup. The cleaning process requires holes be made in your furnace intake and output ducts. Most of these holes are probably 2 inches around, and they're plugged with a cap after the work is complete. At the furnace side of your ducts there also are 2 larger holes made (6 inches or so). This is where their vacuum connects to suck out debris as they clean, working from the end of the ductwork towards the furnace/vacuum. After the job was complete I noticed a constant banging sound coming from the ducts when the furnace stopped. I went down in my basement to inspect the furnace and noticed the heat side of the duct had the large hole they made exposed. Only a small piece of metal was dangling from it. Instead of screwing the sheet of metal in to cover the hole they made for the vacuum they simply put tape over the area. The banging sound was coming from the same area, but the problem was that when the techs cut the hole for their vacuum they inadvertently bent the duct upward. This caused the duct to flex out when the furnace was on, and contract back up when the furnace stopped. I was able to pull the sheet metal of the duct back into place and then cover their hole with their metal patch, although I screwed it in and then taped around the patch. On the ground of this area was also littered with metal shavings and a handful of sheet metal screws were scattered on the basement floor. Overall the ducts came out clean, but had I been an elderly customer who was unable to clean up and put things back in order I'd have not been very pleased."

"Very happy with the work. They were in and out in about 3 hours hit each vent scrubbing off gunk and pulling other stuff out. Even went arms deep at times to pull out clumps of of dust and hair that collected in the system. They drilled some larger and many smaller holes where they could and did a very decent job cleaning everything from the cold air returns to the heat registers. The ducts aren't spotless but how could they be in this situation."
