"We occasionally drop our laundry off here for wash and fold and usually they do a great job. In the last drop off, we had Parachute towels that were brand new and gifted to us, and they definitely bleached them when they were supposed to be blue. Why would they bleach items that aren’t white? Makes no sense. See the color difference in the photo which shows a wash cloth from a different set on top, compared to the set we got back from the laundromat… Confused and very upset."

"So service isn't too bad but the owner's a little grumpy sometimes the patrons are not perfect either I got mad today when somebody stole my quarters off the top of the machine owner was condescending and short and accusatory and upon reviewing the video you could clearly see that somebody took my change my quarters and then the owner instead of apologizing for being accusatory and condescending told me to leave and said that he was calling the police and didn't need my business so I can't say much about the owner other than the fact that he works hard and keeps the machines running well and their services pretty good but overall a bad experience in the end"

"THE OWNER IS MEAN TO CHILDREN!!! I would rate this 0 stars if I could I had a terrible experience going to this laundromat with my toddler son as soon as I walked in one of the ladies that worked their told me that her boss (the owner) wanted me to tell my son to lower his volume on the phone the owner was eyeing my son down seems he doesn’t like children at all and . When they were playing loud music in the store he was bothered by anything my child did but . No problem I lowered the volume and continued with what I was doing. Then I saw the washer machine that I was using wasn’t working bc it seemed their was quarteres jammed the owner came to me and told me to Stop jamming quarteres into the machine.. I told him the machine wasn’t working he assumed I was the one that broke it from Jamming quarters into the machine and he told me “ slowly put the quarters inside not too fast “ very rudely and I said “I’m sorry?” Maybe “ you should fix your machine they are broken I didn’t do that “” he assumed I did that and he was eyeing us down it seemed he had a problem with my toddler son since the beginning. So pls I recommend anyone if you bring your child here be aware not a kid friendly place. I just wanted to wash my clothes and dry …… >>>> to the owner >>> Don’t come at children let a kid be a kid"

"My clothing was thrown in the floor when I went to the bathroom. When I came out of the bathroom spanish older ladies began laughing at me when I walked over to see my clothes on the floor. The dryer door was not broken and it was barely loaded as I was at the end of drying. Clean place nice machines yet you need to be Spanish not to get harrased."
