"I spent roughly $100 for my anniversary. While I was ordering, the person behind the counter (who I believe was the owner) was extremely rude, and insulted my intelligence after I asked if they accept visa gift cards. Overall terrible experience while ordering, and then when the fruit was ready, it smelled vaguely of sewage and was covered in ants. I tried my absolute hardest to get a refund, only to be met with the same manors that were presented to me while I was ordering, if not worse. Wouldn't order here again if my life depended on it."

"This is just a gentle disclaimer for anyone looking to order or apply here. The owner of this location as well as Huntingtons is a very unreasonable and unprofessional woman. While I worked here I ended up being the longest been employee at my 1 month mark because she had problems with everyone there, which I’m sure anyone would see as a massive red flag. She lost her temper constantly and I ended up quitting about a month ago because I had gotten pulled aside for peeing to much for her liking and she suggested I clock out to use the bathroom (illegal btw). It was such a horrible, unprofessional and borderline humiliating experience to get spoken to like that for using the bathroom. I don’t recommend anyone apply here even if they’re desperate for a job. For anyone looking to purchase from here, she doesn’t have anyone wash the fruit. All the negative reviews on here are 100% in the right and that is why I needed to do something in some form to put information out there about this. I’ve tried calling corporate to complain about this and they don’t answer, the customer service number literally hangs up on you. Edible Arrangements is a very sketchy franchise and if anything goes wrong there is no higher up looking to help you. Do not spend your money here. There have been times that there were ants on the strawberries. She had us use clearly moldy fruit to dip as well to cut down on inventory. This is not worth your money and not somewhere anyone should work. One of the worst and must unprofessional places I have been employed. "

"Stay Far away from this location! Placed an order and was charged for it - supposed to be ready at 10 am, but no one there. Staff casually walking in with their Starbucks well after 10:20 am. Hung up on by staff (3 times) and OWNER who tried to say, "she was coming off of a busy weekend." Who cares? Don't run a business! So unprofessional. She'll be out of business soon with that attitude. A REFUND BETTER BE COMING BACK! OWNER REFUSED TO FULFILL ORDER!"

"I would give this place zero stars if I could. I placed an order for Mother's Day and the day it's supposed to be delivered I get a phone call from the so called “owner” that what I ordered is not available because it's Mother's Day and they are too busy. She says I can't get bananas bec they aren't available. I said ok fine no big deal I will pick something else. Then she proceeds to tell me I can't get coconut as a topping! (which is the whole reason I was ordering this particular one in the first place) she proceeds to then pressure me to pick something else. I asked her if all these things aren't available why is it offered when you place an order. She says we are privately owned and we can do whatever we want! Then She goes on to blame corporate...she's yelling at me to hurry up and pick something because she's too busy to deal with this and she has hundreds of other orders to make. I'm sorry to inconvenience you but I paid for something that I'm now not getting and if you knew this days ago why are you calling me the day of delivery?! I could have ordered it somewhere else had I know. She continues to yell at me and I asked her politely to stop being hostile and she just got nastier, as if this is my fault. I wont be pressured to buy something I'm not happy with. Told her to cancel my order...she said good And hung up on me as I was demanding my money back. absolutely horrific customer service…still haven’t received my refund!! I will never give my business to edible arrangements again! Thanks for ruining Mother’s Day!"

"I received a beautiful displayed fruit platter. I took 1 bite out of it and the pineapple was actually hot, so I picked up a chocolate covered strawberry and the chocolate was all melted. So I took the temperature of the fruit it was 79.9°, I was shocked. It was delivered in a car not a refrigerated truck, I called the store and spoke with the owner. Not going to get into all the many ridiculous excuses that the owner gave me, but proceeded to tell me that if I wanted to bring it to the store she would give me another. Not refund the money to the person who sent it to me or delivere me a cold one. Can't even imagine all the bacteria that is growing in that fruit platter right now."
