"They are AWFUL!!! They completely ruined my daughter in law’s bridal shower dress. The beautiful dress had flowers of fine fabric on it but when it was picked up the flowers were just material hanging down like strings!!! My son picked it up so he didn’t look at it because it was a surprise for him to see her in it. When my daughter in law went in the next day they refused to fix it, take ownership of their shoddy work, and then refused to refund their money!!! To make it worse an obnoxious employee shooed them to get out of the store. They weren’t rude or loud they just wanted either the dress to be fixed or get their money back. I would NEVER use a business that is clearly unprofessional with their commitment to their customer's satisfaction, and downright rude employees who we are paying for their jobs! Giving them 1 star is generous. They deserve a 0!!!"

"AVOID AVOID AVOID. Take your clothes here if you’re okay with them completely destroying them and leaving them unwearable. Also take them here if you don’t want them to fix the mess they made after begging and pleading. They couldn’t even offer a reimbursement or apology for ruining my beautiful clothes. The workers and the owner were extremely rude, disrespectful, and unsympathetic. Take my word for it, you’ll thank me later!"

"This place completely destroyed a 300 dollar brand new dress the day before my bridal shower. I was devastated. They would not pay for me to be refunded to buy a new dress or for the dress to be fixed for my special day. On top of that they were extremely rude to me and told me I dropped it off “dirty”. I hope this review helps prevent someone else from going through what I went through on what was supposed to be my special weekend."
