"I have alreaday submitted an inquiery on the company website but will follow up with this email.I am irate. I submitted an order at 9:12am this morning for service provided by the location in Hoboken, NJ. I am pretty confident that I also paid for an added one hour delivery time frame. At 11:30am I realized that the order was not yet delivered and I called the store. I had to try them a couple of times before someone finally answered and told me the order was sent to another location (Grand St, JC) because they could not fulfill the order. I then complain about the delivery fee and the rep tells me she will speak with the other store and management and proceeds to hang up on me. I call the other store that is now set to fulfill my order and they tell me the driver isnt there yet and they are uncertain when they are coming back. Excuse me? So I ask her, so who is refunding me for the fast delivery? she says, shell talk to her manager and then also hangs up on me. I call both stores back to back several times to no avail. Neither location is answering at this point and I never speak to anyone from either store again. The delivery finally arrives and the flowers are wiltered and dying. This is disgusting. How dare you guys charge me $70+ for this? Terrible service Edible Arrangements. The kicker is that if you simply check out a review from either location every single person is giving them 1 star and complaining. How are these locations even in service?"

"My husband ordered an arrangement for me to be delivered to my job. He specifically requested It arrive in the morning because It was a half day of school. The driver called me once I had already left school so I had to turn back around to get my order. The driver then had the audacity to ask where his tip was. Very poor service and a waste of money for something nice my husband tried to do for me."

"My fiancé doesn't believe in buying me flowers because they don't last long. For the first time in 9 years, he orders me flowers from this place to surprise me for Valentines day and some of the flowers were broken off the stem or already dying. It's true it is a waste of money to buy flowers. Never again, especially from this place."

"Our granddaughter ordered a fruit arrangement for us yesterday. Delivery came at about 5 pm. Strawberries were a melted mess. Chocolate dripped all over the other fruit. When I called to tell them. (Twice) got an automated service. I left a message and have not received any call back. Never again!"

"I am so disgusted and I hope a manager would call me back. I ordered the cupid desert bundle. The ballons were not even blown up and the cookies came in a chines food container not in a red plate like the picture. I called the store and no one picked up for 45 mintues but they say on the recording that their mission is to deliver happiness. I am so disappointed and requesting my money back. When you call the 877 number, you get the same results. No one answers the phone and all I can hear is my order is in route when the order was delivered already."
