"THE OWNER DESTROYED MY WEDDING DRESS!! I wore my dress to our marriage ceremony for about 15 min this past Sunday. My plan was to wear it again to our reception in September. It wasn't dirty but I decided to have it refreshed before I put it away for few weeks. As soon as I got it back from the cleaners I saw black marks on the back of the dress and once I removed the plastic cover, I noticed that the lace on the left shoulder strap was destroyed. It shrunk, was ripped, threads coming out if it. Not only did my wedding dress came out dirty but it was completely ruined!! I came back immediately and the owner told me that he had cleaned the dress himself, and that it was very dirty when I dropped it off, which was a lie because I had inspected the dress prior to dropping if off. I also asked him what did it have to do with the destroyed lace and he blamed it on the fabric! He actually admitted that it was ruined but refused to take the responsibility for it!!! When I asked how come the lace on right strap was perfectly fine, and the one on the left was ripped, he grabbed my dress, took an iron and started pressing it. This whole time he repeated how he was not to blame. He was the one who cleaned my dress!!! Obviously, I was very upset especially that he started yelling at me. As I was walking out the door in tears with my beautiful dress destroyed beyond repair, he screamed "whatever". The quality of the service they provide is clearly questionable, the owner doesn't make any sense, he is unprofessional, rude and will try to intimidate you instead taking any responsibility! THE WORST CLEANERS EVER! They deserve zero stars and should not be in business!"
