"I've been going to them for a while now and have had nothing but pleasant experiences each time. The first time was to have a zipper replaced on a pair of pants, in addition to having some things cleaned. I paid in advance and when I picked up my clothes, I received a refund. They were able to repair the zipper instead of replacing it so they gave me back 2/3 of what I paid on the tailoring. I just had a dress hemmed and some more dry cleaning done and am very happy with the results. I've never had a garment ruined or stained, my clothes always come back in much better shape than when I drop them off. Not to mention the very polite, cheerful and professional staff that routinely greet me warmly. I am not sure they recognize me since I don't go in all that often, but it seems genuine regardless. "Do not waste your time. The clothes that were brought in came out looking like it was simply ironed and put on a hanger. I notified them of some stains to take care of. When I came to pick the clothes up they weren't able to take it out stating they "tried their best" followed by charging me for a service they did not even complete successfully. Go somewhere else that is more considerate of their customers."

"I have been usng them for 15 years and had a few problems with pants not being pressed properly and such. Now I have the worst problem. I brought them a new long dress to be steamed. Never worn before. I picked it up on Thursday morning and flew out of town for a wedding. When I arrived at the Hotel and unpacked the dress was stained in three places. I called them and asked what I could do with no satisfaction as there was no one that spoke understandable English. I had to buy a new dress to wear that Sunday. I brought the dress back today and their solution was to clean the dress for no charge. They refuse to take responsibility even though the gentleman that steamed it said he can't remember seeing the stains. I told them if the stains do not come out they should reimburse me for it. They suggested I bring it back to the store. If they want to do that and give me the money that's their decision, but I am not going to lie and compromise myself. This is unacceptable and I will never use or recommend them again."
