"Not sure when this place changed hands but the ppl that run it now are not reliable, they shut off the hot water even though the machines are capable of producing hot water (I always use for sanitizing). When I brought this to their attention, they agreed that there is no hot water, I told them, now I'll have to rewatch everything and spend another $30 to do so, they laughed and said cold water is the same (not when you pay for for hot and it's a public machine on commercial property) .. I told them there is no sign anywhere informing customers there is currently no hot water .. they ignored me .. I'll never spend my money here again"

"I highly recommend Sunshine Laundromat in Port Jefferson Station! The staff are friendly and helpful. I do my laundry here each week and the machines are always clean. When I use their excellent wash and fold service, the quality of the work is excellent."

"Very upset, i’ve been often to drop off heavy items and work laundry. Yesterday, 9/13/2021, I dropped off a comforter and a duvet cover to be washed. I picked it up later that day only to find out when I arrived home that they had bleached my $200 Pottery Barn duvet cover. I called the next morning, Lynn the manager told me to come in, I drove there that day with the duvet cover for her to look at it. All she offered me was a $9 refund for washing and ruining it. I told her how much I paid for it, she didn’t seem to understand or care. Be very careful with what you take here! It was a green duvet cover with no chlorine bleach clearly stated on the care tag. I won’t be returning."
