"I saw their sign posted in town and gave them a call. It was easy to schedule an appointment for my couch to be cleaned. I believe it is owner operated. When Kendal arrived , he took his time prepping by covering the floors with tarps , setting up a screen door , and even protected the wall corners. I have a large cloth couch, he spent a lot of time vacuuming it, then applying agents to penetrate the stains and odors as he explained. The couch was cleaned and dried. There is no more pet odor.
