Homestead Realty WNY

"Probably the worst landlords ever!!!! Our building is infested with roaches and rats. Multiple tenants in the building have dish washers that don't work and are moldy. My AC didn't work all summer long even though the guy they sent out said he fixed it. The door to the building doesn't fully close during the winter or it gets stuck shut and we have to shovel out the snow from the hallway. Not to mention worrying about random people entering the building and stealing our belongings from the basement. Found my daughter's bike that was in the basement in the alley mangled one morning leaving for work. Doors to the building were wide open. I've even had to shoo a homeless person out one morning when I got up and went to put a load into the washer. One tenants heat isn't even working. Terrible conditions to continue to keep renting out knowing this needs to all get fixed....I'm sure I'll get hell from them for this, but idc. These conditions are unacceptable and unfortunately due to personal reasons I can't move yet, but the second I can I will be getting as far away from this building as possible and will need to purchase all new furniture and appliances in order to prevent bringing these bugs with me ... I'm disgusted. I'm angry. Not me not my neighbors not any of our kids deserve to live this way."
