"Very poorly, save your money and time , one month she lasted with my pants she lost it couldn’t find it kept going back and she kept saying her employer had an emergency and that’s why she couldn’t finish it , then she ended giving me the wrong pants! On top of that MINERVA is very arrogant disrespectful and a liar !!! Very disappointed and will never go there again! LISTEN people!!!!!!"

"I had to write a review for this place to warn people and hopefully you don't waste your time and money. We dropped off our items on AUG 10, Uniform pants and two vest that needed patches stitched on. We expected 2 maybe 3 days but the lady said that she had a family emergency so it would take a little longer. When we went to pick it up none of the items were ready and we desperately needed them for work. She did the pants on the spot but said the vest would be ready on Monday. When I went to pick up the vest on Monday they were in a pile of random clothes and it took her a while to find them only to find out they still were not done. The woman once again said come back the next day and they would be done. Went on Saturday the 27th only to find out once again they were NOT done. Finally got my vest back with patches in the wrong location and poorly stitched. Please stay away!!!!!!"

"I never EVER take time out of my life to do this but this needs to be known and said. Save your money do not go to Minerva dry cleaners this is what will be given back to you. Very upset and disappointed first time going and LAST!!!…. A $168 polo shirt. Took it in with a stain got it back like THIS!!!.. All the Chemical used to take off the stain….."

"I took my wedding gown that I bought from RK Bridal to be altered here. I was a little worried how it would turn out as it had to be taken in, hemmed and the bust had to be fixed a little. Minerva was very nice and helpful, reassuring that I'm worried for no reason. My dress was there for couple of weeks and when I went to pick it up it was almost perfect. The tailor sewed the top tulle layer on the dress and added a loop so I was able to pull up the train. (the loop did break during the wedding, but did not damage the dress). The dress had a zipper and a top button. I ended up not not using the button as the dress ended up being quite tight, still it stayed on very well for the whole wedding."
